Narai Intertrade Co,.Ltd. was established on October 6, 1989 by Mr. Vassilios Lathouras and his wife, Ms. Wasna Roongsaenthong, with a registered capital of one million baht. With Mr. Vassilios' background knowledge, they commenced a business of electronic apparatus and mechanical gadgets trading. After flourishing well for a period, their business encountered problems from a lack of product availability. Mr. Vassilios’ response was to initiate a new business of textile products and accessories. In 1993, a new factory was established, employing 15 staff members who operated 15 sewing machines. The manufactured products were then sold in a tiny two square meter store in Narai Phand. Since then, business has been flourishing, and NaRaYa’s growth has been rapid. Today, we have a workforce of over 3,000 employees and are cooperating with more than 4,000 makers in the countryside to produce our high-quality products.
